I’m Hashini, a Resident Physiotherapist with over ten years of experience helping people move and feel their best. Over the years I’ve worked in hospitals, outpatient clinics, and rehabilitation settings, and also in biomechanics research where I collaborated with others to support athletes in improving their movement and performance.
What I enjoy most is working with people of all ages and abilities, whether it’s recovering from an injury, managing a long-term condition, or simply getting back to the activities they love. My approach is centered on listening, guiding, and working together so every patient feels supported and confident in their recovery.
Outside the clinic, I love hiking, trekking, and camping, which keep me active and connected to the outdoors.
